Since the company’s inception in 1993, as New England Exteriors, owner, Daryn Gladstone, has remained a hands-on operator in all facets of the business. In 2004, we changed the company name to Clearview to better reflect the sunroom, window, porch and addition specialists that the company had grown into.
Clearview is a reliable and efficient contracting company in Dover, NH dedicated to assisting homeowners by installing their improvement projects on their most valuable investment – their home.
While many home improvement businesses have come and gone due to a changing housing and financial market, Clearview has remained a solid company due to its knowledge of what our customers need and want and our ability to bring it to them efficiently and effectively. We have low overhead and low superfluous expenses which allow us to set fair and reasonable prices for our customers. We spend our company dollars on tools, training, and excellent pay for our employees so we can always offer our customers the best quality products, services, and people.

We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate with our customers, so when weather, vendor, or delivery issues arise, we let you know as soon as we do. In addition, we don’t play the “sale” or “buy today” pressure games that many of our competitors use. Our prices are fair and reasonable and steady. We have a solid professional relationship with many vendors in the home improvement industry and always work to find the best product fit for your project.
